I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist committed to cultivating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, accepted, and motivated to create meaningful change in their lives. I have experience working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and interpersonal challenges. I have also received specialized training in suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care. My therapeutic approach is always collaborative and individualized, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma informed practices, and creative interventions, including art therapy, when they align with a client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
