I believe every person has a unique story, and that our life experiences, culture, upbringing, and relationships shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and navigate life’s challenges. Healing begins when we feel seen, understood, and supported in the context of our full story. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and am licensed as an Associate Therapist in the state of California.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals struggling with addiction, as well as supporting diverse populations across a range of settings, including schools, private practice, and community-based care. I have worked with individuals and families navigating anxiety, identity exploration, complex trauma, life transitions, and relational difficulties. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and parts-work approaches to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. There is no one-size-fits-all path to healing. Together, we can work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you reconnect with your values, strengths, and the life you want to build, free from substances.
